Next, is the award winning project I submitted to the ASID Otto Zenke Student Design Competition.

The other spaces make up my senior Capstone project.

The Capstone spaces are located in a mix-use high-rise which contains a Sushi Restaurant, Boutique, Architectural office, Lobby, and Luxury Condos.

Each slide-show below showcases a fully developed space, meaning branding, space planning, and construction documents were created, The slideshows begin with a logo I created, then highlights the parameters/schematics, and ends with the conceptual board and render.

Steelcase Student Competition;

15,000 sq ft. office headquarters for clean beauty company in NY City, Logo creation and branding are needed for cohesive design.

ASID AWARD

oishi, tea & sushi house

Quick Service Restaurant on Main floor of high-rise building in downtown Raleigh, NC. Created branding based on Wabi-Sabi Philosophy and Japandi Design influences. Designed layout and occupancy needs to both function and adhere to clients needs.

1200 sq ft Gift Shop on main floor of

mix-use highrise in downtown Raleigh. A french provincial style was chosen to highlight the clients botanical and natural high-end gifts.

4000 sq ft. Architectural Design office on main floor of highrise building in Downtown Raleigh. Private offices, conference rooms, a work cafe, finish library, model room and open office for 25 employees was required. The client requested the style to emulate that of Frank Lloyd Wright.

Highrise Lobby

1500 sq foot Lobby of Truist Building in Downtown Raleigh. The space is the main access point to the 26 story building and needed to provide wayfinding, signage and a leasing office. As well it was important to utilize the 27' ceilings and to provide comfortable seating.

With the Trusit building/ II Hannover Sq., We were tasked with rearranging the entire bottom floor of the building to accommodate a lobby, restaurants, and both office and retail space.
